How do I return my product(s)?

HOW RETURNS WORK

belleBananas offers free returns and exchanges on all orders made at belleBananas.com within 3 days from receipt of the item(s). *Some restrictions apply (see below).

PURCHASES THROUGH CREATORS CLUB

For orders placed while signed-in to your bellebananas.com Creators Club account, sign-in and visit your Order History to get started. Get your Order Number and contact us via return@bellebananas.com for easy return.

 

GUEST ORDER PURCHASES

If you placed a guest order (or cannot find an order on your account), check our ORDER TRACKER and enter your order number and email address to find your order details.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you have a defective belleBananas.com order, we offer a full refund within 10 business days of receipt. *Some restrictions apply.

 

*Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

  • Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
  • The product is in its original state and packaging.
  • Apparel has the original tags attached.
  • Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
  • Footwear is in the original shoe box.
  • We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.bellebananas.com. Please return the product to the original retailer.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

 

  • After you drop off your return package at the local drop off point, it can take 2 business days for the package to get to our warehouse.
  • Once a return arrives at the warehouse, it can take up to 24 – 48 hours to process.  (During peak periods processing time may exceed 48 hours)
  • It takes 10 business days to transfer a refund to your payment account. Banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process a refund. An email notification will be sent once returned product(s) have been processed. If 10 business days have passed since refund notification was sent, and you still have not received the refund, please get in touch with us.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER or PRODUCT?

 

  • A new exchange order will be created for the size you selected. Your exchange order is valid for 3 days; therefore, you will need to drop the original item off at the return carrier within that timeframe*. Your exchange order will start processing once the returned product has been processed by our warehouse team. Please allow 1-2 days for processing time plus standard shipping timeframes.
  • If you do not drop your return item(s) off within 3 days, your exchange order will be cancelled.
  • Currently we are only able to exchange the same item in the same color for a different size (Please check availability). If you would like to receive a different item or color instead, please return your item through our returns process for a refund. Then place a new order online for the item you would like.

 

  • Note: This policy refers to size exchanges only. belleBananas.com does not price match. We are unable to exchange merchandise obtained from a retailer other than belleBananas.com. Please return the product to the original retailer.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE?
In-store returns are currently suspended.  Purchases made today and prior to our stores closing will have an extended return period.

RECAP

Our refund and return policy lasts for 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will manually be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items cannot be refunded.
